Started New YouTube Channel -- Any Advice For A Welcome Video ?

Hey everyone,

I’ve just launched a YouTube channel called Bytes Of Info where I post short, snack-sized videos (under 3 minutes) breaking down everyday topics in a simple, no-fluff way.

The idea is:

  • Quick info you can watch on the go;
  • Everyday topics explained clearly (no jargon);
  • Useful, interesting, or “Oh wow, I didn’t know that.” type facts.

Some examples of the type of content I’ll be covering:

  • Why airplanes leave white trails in the sky;
  • How credit cards actually work;
  • Easy way to understand inflation.

I’m still very early, so I’d really appreciate:

  • Feedback on the video style, pacing, and explanations (when there will be videos);
  • Suggestions for topics you’d actually want short videos on;
  • Any tips from experienced creators on improving content or thumbnails.

Note -- No videos yet, so please give ideas for Welcome Video content or thumbnail ideas.

Feel free to DM me on Reddit too!
