Feeling stuck on H1B/PERM situation and also open to opportunities

Hey everyone, just need to vent and also put myself out there.

I'm on H1B (started October 2025) working as a Data Analytics Manager at a company based in the NYC metro area. My employer filed a PWD for PERM but it expired without any PERM being filed and now I'm essentially starting from scratch. The work environment has been rough with an understaffed team, feeling undervalued and the immigration process being completely mishandled.

Just had a consultation with an immigration attorney today and confirmed I need to restart the entire PERM process. Looking at roughly 3 years to green card from scratch.

On the bright side my H1B has plenty of runway so no immediate crisis but I'm actively exploring new opportunities.

Background: 4 years in data analytics management, real estate analytics, compliance tracking, AWS RDS, SQL, Python, Tableau and team leadership.

If anyone knows of companies actively sponsoring H1B for data analytics roles or has been through a similar PERM restart situation would love to connect.
