Shipment/processing experience to Australia!

Guys! I ordered from the Rhode website on 19th Feb and a DAY LATER said that my order was dispatched. But whenever I look at passport global, it's saying that passport global doesn't have the item!

Any experiences with this? Did you guys get regular updates from Passport -- or how long does it take to move?
