do i join a cca i hate

i got rejected by every cca i wanted and only got accepted into one that i honestly hate and cannot see myself enjoying for the next year. is it worth joining this cca and dealing with it? then maybe i can use this experience for idk resilience or something, or maybe i might end up liking it again who knows. or do i not join a cca and use that time to catch up on studies and work on my portfolio with other activities? i’m aiming for a course where portfolio is quite important, and i don’t see how this cca would relate to it.. i’m honestly so upset at this situation as i would’ve preferred any cca but this one
