Picofly Flex Cable Damaged or Expected?

Can someone with experience tell me if this indent in the flex cable is expected or damaged?

Picofly 3 in 1 set was bought from Aliexpress and it was just in a bubble envelope so shipping was not the greatest.

I just want to make sure this is not damaged before I get it installed. Looks like an indent/2 line
