can i use my dad’s credit card?

guys I just wanna ask lang if I can use my dad’s credit card sa pagbili ng shoes sa mga stores sa MOA, I have authorization letter naman signed by him and will prolly video call him while paying siguro just to make sure. pwede kaya?
