Need help with motherboard selection

I'm using pcpartpicker to track my build but I keep running into an issue where the motherboard doesn't have enough USB headers for the build. I've only been able to find a single motherboard that can accommodate, but I don't think that it's that crazy of a build to be running into this issue. the following links are for the same build except the motherboard is different.

as you can see down in the resource section, there aren't enough headers and the single fan isn't even considered for the connections. Am I missing something? are the fans Daisy chained to save on headers?
