Intense Breast Pain for Over 1yr

I have had constant pain in my left breast for over a year. The center of the pain feels like it’s under my areola and under the breast tissue but will radiate outward from time to time through my nipple. Some days it hurts less than others but it always hurts and sometimes it hurts so badly it’s hard to sleep. The pain seems to go to my collar bone, into my neck and sometimes into my shoulder and upper arm but again the center of the pain is right in my breast. The last few days, my breast has become tender to the touch on the outer and undersid, like I have a deep bruise, but I don’t actually have a bruise. I don’t feel a lump but where it’s newly sore doesn't feel like my right side either, but I’m probably making it up. All tests have come back clean; mammogram, ultrasound, mri and doctors say breast cancer doesn’t hurt… but I have read enough Reddit posts from women who say theirs did! The pain can’t be nothing. It’s too constant and too painful to be nothing. I’ve had a total hysterectomy and oophorectomy so it isn’t linked to my cycle. I’m fairly desperate to find some answer. Any guidance or relatable stories is very appreciate!!
