Whoever set the timer on the hostage rescue needs to really see a psychiatrist.

I have spent two hours trying to force a hostage rescue on the federal triangle by just running around like an idiot and completing execution after territory control after propaganda broadcast and 5 separate marauder encounters, all to try and brute force that damn hostage rescue. The moment I see it spawn on the map, there's nowhere nearby to fast travel, so I try running there. I am 163 METERS from the objective and it just slips away and the NPCs are just "roaming"

Irritated doesn't even BEGIN to describe what I'm feeling right now.
