Ocs or green to gold if I make it that far

I’m not sure I want to make a career out of the military yet. I know I want the experience since I’m young but 3 letter agencies are the end goal (FBI CIA DEA etc) I will have two bachelors degrees in May. So I do qualify for ocs but I’m scared I won’t get to much hands on work. Also I do have civ job lined up hopefully so I would just do reserves.
