Essential tremors

Does anyone know of a way to smooth motion of the controllers for someone that has an essential tremor. My hands are very shaky and they get worse with use like you do while playing the quest. It makes it very hard to hit smaller buttons. I’m wondering if there is a way to do like motion smoothing like shooters have. Whether it’s something I can do in the settings or a software of some type to upload.
