Are you supposed to contact your local police department if you learn about crimes someone is committing in a different state, or contact the police in the state the crimes are happening? Do you call the non-emergency police department or 911?
A woman in a game confessed to some crazy ass shit while she was clearly drunk or high, including her selling hard drugs to middle schoolers, running a dog fighting ring, and wanting to do gross shit to children. I have all of it screen recorded. Am I supposed to contact the cops in my area or the area she lives in? She openly told everyone in the game her legal name and address. No clue why she did it. I looked her up on Facebook in case this was a situation of someone catfishing or being petty. It was the same person. She had live videos of herself having the same voice as the one in the game, links to her game profile, and her profile pic is the same on both. There was also someone who sounded like a disabled adult screaming and crying about being hit. I don't know if they meant it as abuse or something else like siblings fighting. There was so much more than that that she said that I don't want to get into. I just need to know what I'm supposed to do next. Do I call now or wait until the morning?
