Should I include my us immigrant status on resume?

Guys I’ve been applying jobs to my husband ( us citizen) & me ( green card) !

We have 5-6 years of experience in data engineering space ! Am taking so much time in tailoring resume!

When I was f1 student in 2022-2023 i got so many call backs even saying yes to sponsorship but now even if i mark no we both ain’t getting any call backs!

Given we are from India ( studied in india) is it wise to include our immigration status on resume?
