does anyone else hate the navy pants

I'm really unsure about what to do. The new pants don't look good on me. I have a short waist, and as a woman, there's about 4 inches between my chest and the pants' waist. They're too loose at the back, and I can't get a smaller size because it wouldn't fit my waist. I'm very upset because these pants make me feel horrible and uncomfortable about my body.
