My cat knocks down stuff a lot during heat. Is this normal?

I (22F) have a cat and she’s about a year old probably and shes in heat again (going to get her fixed soon) and lately she’s been knocking a lot of stuff over and down or tries too. I have a nightstand that has my fan, a drink, my remote, deodorant and my microphone I use for recordings. She’s been trying to knock those down and I keep on telling her to not be on my nightstand.

is this behavior normal during heat? If so what can I do? (Other then getting her fixed because I know that but I hadn’t had the money and time)
