Restarting ballet

I started doing ballet when I was about 7 years old, I did one recital and after that I quit. After when I was 10 I got back into it but quit again, now I’m 13 going onto 14 and I’m wondering if I’m able to start again soon and perhaps go onto joining a big company one day? I’m not sure if it’s possible since I’m restarting but I’m pretty flexible and I have some experience, please give me feedback.
