Laptop Repair

I need to fix the backlight on my Dell XPS 16 inch laptop because there is an entire column of my screen now mostly dimmed and it's quite distracting. Funnily enough, when I bend it a few times, it gets back to working, but it's obviously not sustainable. Anyway, is there an affordable place to repair this in West Lafayette? I was considering just buying a new laptop anyway because I bought this computer before I knew Dell was an Israel dihh rider and also before I knew Intel had Mossad backdoors built into their CPU's. (Let's see how many lists I get added on for that last sentence.)
