First time pap smear tips?

Okay i’m gonna get detailed so sorry in advance.

i’m having my first pap smear on friday. im so anxious over it. i’ve never done anything sexual and i never like self service myself iykwim. last time i used a tampon was in like 2018 and my mom put it in me. i’ve literally never been able to stick anything in there. it’s so scary to me. i’m 21 and im scared when they do the pap smear it’s going to hurt cause i haven’t done anything down there in years. is there anything i can do to help? genuinely so scared and anxious. i know i have to do it i just dont know how im not gonna like freak out
