Liquid bandage as a cover?

I recently found a liquid bandage spray that I've been using on some open wounds on a tattoo and it got me thinking- would liquid bandage spray be a plausible alternative to plastic wrapping/tegaderm (especially for those with weird sensitivities) for fresh tattoos? Y/N and why so?
