Tech Career Switchers (CCP, TFIP, Red Alpha, etc) — What was your journey really like?
Hi everyone,
I am currently looking into tech career conversion programs in Singapore (CCP, TFIP, Red Alpha, or similar tech bootcamps). I have read bits and pieces of reviews in the comments here, but I am hoping to gather some holistic, first-hand experiences.
If you've survived one of these programs, could you share the reality of your journey? If you don't mind sharing:
• Which programme were you under and what was the application/entry process like?
• What strategies or resources helped you actually absorb the learning while you were attached to the company?
• What tangible opportunities did you gain from the experience?
• What were some of the most difficult moments and how did you persevere through when things got overwhelming?
• Where are you currently at in your career and do you feel the conversion was worth it?
Any raw advice or unfiltered stories would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
