Normal or botched?

Got mine removed and replaced a couple months ago, pretty traumatized tbh. Dr had to make 3 incisions and poke at me for ~45min to get it out. Once it was out he shoved the new one in and closed up the cuts very carelessly, squirted some glue and called it a day. Now I am left with 3 dark scars that are WAY wider and more noticeable than they should be. Idk if this is normal or not. I had it in for 7 years which is longer than I should have but I don’t feel like this is my fault.
