Inconclusive Results

Hi, F28 here. I had HIV screening on February 13th and it turned out reactive and I was told I would need to do a confirmatory test to find out if I actually have HIV. It took them a while to get the confirmatory test results so while waiting, I decided to go to another clinic to do a screening again. They use a different testing kit in this clinic (Abbott Bioline HIV 1/2 3.0) and there was a very faint line under line 2, so the staff told me it was reactive.

Now I just got my confirmatory test results and here's what's written in it:

Test I: Abbott Bioline HIV 1/2 3.0

Control line: +

Line 1: +

Line 2: +

Result: HIV Reactive

Test II: AbbottDetermine HIV 1/2

Control line: +

Patient line -

Result: Non-reactive

Final interpretation: Inconclusive

I don't understand why they used the same testing kit the other clinic has for screening to do a confirmatory test so I'm kinda confused about the results. Any thoughts in this?
