Oversight/bug in new quest 'Worth Your Salt' (?)

New quest 'Worth Your Salt' has an oversight/bug that I don't see many/any talking about.

Any Raider on the map/in the raid can pick up and successfully charge their experimental battery at the Rocket Assembly, but once one Raider has deposited their charged experimental battery into the deposit cache in the corner, no other Raiders can follow suit and deposit theirs.

Is this intentional, just an oversight that needs to be addressed, or a true bug?

Trying to bring more attention to this issue and inform other Raiders about this.
