[HELP] TRS Under Review after maternity leave

I knew I would take some hit to go on maternity leave, as I had asked CS about it. I recently turned everything back on and had my first customer in awhile. My success score dropped from a "10" and then "-" on maternity leave, then went from a 9 to 8. Now it says my TRS is under review. I was doing really well before my maternity leave who gave me a lower score for "value" (I priced my service higher than avg for my category to keep up with demand) and now i'm not getting any orders or inquiries (I know it might take awhile but still).

Does anyone have any experience with their TRS under review? And did they keep it or remove it? And how fast did they action it? Mine has been "under review" for about 2 months.
