Does this hand gesture mean anything weird?

Ok, this might be a bit hard to explain since I can’t post a picture. I’ve been doing this hand gesture for a while, idk where I learned it from or when I started doing it but I do it every time I say hello or goodbye to people.

My upper arm stays attached to my side the whole time while my lower arm moves outward toward my side, it’s basically just the first half of a hand wave that just stops before the hand goes back towards the body. (Same applies to the wrist), my fingers basically make a peace sign except my thumb is fully extended and sometimes my ring finger is half or fully extended, none of my fingers are close together. (Basically my pinky is the only finger completely facing my palm) My pinky is parallel with the floor making my lower arm and hand form an angle like an upside down hockey stick.

Again idk where I learned this from. It randomly dawned on me that this might be an offensive hand gesture or something so I just want to know if it means anything.
