Hiring: HR - Midlevel (High Ownership) | Bangalore | On-site - Hybrid

We’re looking for someone with 3–4 years of hands-on HR experience who has independently handled recruitment, HR operations, employee grievances, and engagement.

Not someone who has observed.
Someone who has owned outcomes.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
• Onboarding, documentation & HR operations
• Grievance handling with balanced judgment
• Conflict resolution with maturity and discretion
• Supporting performance management cycles
• Employee Engagement
