What do they mean by "reliving" trauma?

"Re-experiencing the traumatic event after the traumatic event has occurred, in which the event(s) is not just remembered but is experienced as occurring again in the here and now," ICD-11.

What does reoccuring the experience again in the here and now mean exactly? Does it look like a panic attack?
