Aadhaar address online update through U.P Domicile Certificate got rejected.

My father's name is mentioned as XY in all my Marksheets, Voter ID, Bank Passbooks but as X Kumar Y in the Address field of my Aadhaar Card (and​ in ​my father's Aadhaar Card (name field)).

I've heard at the CSC Center ​that any update in Address field in the Aadhaar Card will result in removal of father's name from it.

Yesterday I tried to update address in Aadhaar Card online through Maadhaar app ​with document update method using U.P. Domicile Certificate but it failed with reason stated as "UIDAI : Your application could not be processed due to invalid POA Details. Please reenrol".
