"No information found about this" error message please help!

I'm new to all the Stremio stuff so I'm not really sure what's going on. One day it's working fine the out of nowhere everything I click on to watch says "No information found about this" error messages are coming up. I've tried restarting the app, I cleared the cache and force shutdown and restart, signed out and back in and I'm still getting the error. Can someone please help me
