Has anyone had their tirzepitide compounded with two different things? I just got my next order and this time they’ve added Pyridoxine. I looked it up and it appears to be vitamin B6. I’ve never heard of it and the possible side effects seem scary. My tirzepitide will now be compounded with L-Carnitine(I’ve been using this with my tirzepitide so I’m fine with it)and Pyridoxine. Also my concentration went from 17mg/100mg/1mL to 20mg/50mg/100mg/1mL, 21 units instead of 25 units(I’m staying in the 4.2 mg because I’m still losing)and they changed my pharmacy(I don’t know if this is pertinent information).
