NYS Inspection help

I bought a 2013 335i rwd and I bought it with it already having a downpipe and a mhd tune. So I don't have the stock downpipe. Im about to pull the trigger on a high flow downpipe from VRSF but I dont know if its actually going to get me to pass the emissions inspection with that dp and the stock tune. I was pricing out stock ones to buy on various websites and they're all $1k plus and I cant fork that out to only use it for inspections. Ive tried buying from marketplace as well and had no luck. If anyone has any advice or ideas, any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks In advance!
