Quickplay is Awful- I want to die

I’m stuck in this miserable loop in Quickplay. Bot game wins and then followed by a loss because I’m a plat player with golds and bronzes going against celestial/diamond players.

It’s so frustrating, especially because I hate ranked because I’m a casual gamer, but I hate having a huge loss where I’m usually the top player, followed by a bot game immediately after. It makes me hate this game
