Recommendations for an early morning cafe in Parnell

Hello! I’m in Auckland tomorrow just for the day, and my flight gets in super early. I’ll have an hour or so to spare before the conference I need to be at - so I’m looking for recommendations for somewhere I can grab a coffee and breakfast around 7am, and won’t be upset if I need to whip out the laptop for 15mins.
