A way to disable the chance for trees to drop bombs?

Hello y'alls, I plan on running up a legendary mode skyblock world with me and a couple of buddies, our main concern with doing FTW on skyblock is the chance for trees to drop bombs making farming trees more difficult. Is there any way to possibly edit the world file and set the chance for trees to drop bombs to 0? Any help is appreciated.
