My topped out rate as an AGPA is less than the max for the Analyst II. Can I get bumped up to the max for the Analyst II?

I was an AGPA for many years. I reached my maximum C rate over a year ago. I am now an Analyst II. I checked the maximum pay for the new Analyst II and I saw it exceeds my current rate. Can HR/Personnel match the Analyst II maximum rate, essentially giving a little bump up? Thank you.
