Is anybody else fed up with the helicopters?

All hours of the night, weekends and weekdays, there's helicopters flying up and down IH-10. Checking Flightradar24, it says they are operated by Texas DPS, so presumably they're looking for street racers. But jesus christ man, I cant get any sleep, and then as soon as I do fall asleep, I'm woken up by yet another flyover. It's getting ridiculous.
