is this a good rate

just visited the nearest branch to me, got a deal of 2253 monthly (15% off sila) plus keyfob, waived joining fee. i’m a student so i asked if it’s possible mapatungan pa ng student disc, sabi di daw malalagot na daw siya doon. i said i’m visiting another branch today pa and i will compare their offers. they told me they will offer the same. they told me there limited slots so i said i would call them asap once i have decided.

is it safe for me to haggle pa? i want to see if i can get a hundred off pa or maybe even reduce it to 2k, since this will be coming out of my allowance.
