Wants to Claim Money which was stolen from My home from Dubai Police/Public Procecution

One Guy had Stolen amount from My home And i made a Police Complaint same day

After 4 days i got a call from Public prosecution, that they have got the guy but failed to recover full amount as that guy have spend most of it

So the remaining amount is with them, So what is the process to reclaim that amount Can anyone help me

I went to the police station but i didn't understand their procedures
