What are the best resources youve found to improve storytelling?

I'd love a video or resource that gives advice on how to be a good storyteller. Like how to create a balanced group of roles, thought process on who to pick regarding first night roles, etc. A lot of people praise Ben Burns for his story telling and I've loved the videos of him that I've seen with NRB, has he ever posted any tips or advice on YouTube or reddit about this?
