How do you keep track of rewards, fees, and balances across multiple cards?

I’ve been trying to stay on top of my credit cards lately and realized how quickly it gets confusing different rewards categories, changing APRs, due dates and random fees. Even when you’re careful, it’s easy to miss rewards or pay more interest than you planned.I’m currently helping a small team explore ways to simplify this and make everyday decisions clearer like which card to use, how to avoid fees and how payments affect your credit over time.
