Question about the names

So I’ve watched the series in English, Japanese and German (I need to touch grass, I know) and I noticed that the names are different.

In the English version the names are for example Lihua, Lishu, Lakan, Yinhua

But in the German version (and I think in the Japanese one too, but I’m not shire whether I heard it right) it’s Rifa, Rishu, Rakan, Yinfa (those are just a few examples there are some more)

So I was wondering what the *original* names are (of course one can use both variants, I’m just curious) and also why they changed it
