Do you think (REDACTED) will end up being a better arc spanning antagonist than Sarah?

I'm referring to Youkai. IMO, Youkai does have an advantage over Sarah due to the mystery dropped all the way back in 1.0 with the other 2 AI "keys" Jinn and Ghost. Being a pre "TV Mode" mystery, I'm hoping that his story is more cohesive and ties into the overall "spine" of ZZZ better than Sarah and the Exaltists. His misanthropy and overall nihilism makes me more intrigued about our future meetings with Jinn and Ghost, who I am theorizing will be tied to the Mayor and TOPS unless we are introduced to a hidden faction pulling strings around New Eridu ala Batman's Court of Owls.
