F20 m135i comfort access issues

My seat used to move back when i open the door to exit the vehicle and move back into memory once i got in and started the car.

It has stopped doing that idk why. I am still using the same key and driver profile and my memory setting is still the same.

Any recommendations to fix it or what i should check?
