[KCD2] Bushek won’t give investigation quests

So I’ve been trying to get Armourer V sketch. I know it was attainable at the end of a quest if you choose no reward, on my main save I didn’t realise this until I had completed the dlc. I must have played for about 6 hours repeating the investigation quests that come up as the marker on the map given to you by Klaus. I did not see one sketch not even a duplicate. I then heard of repeatable investigation quests to grind for the chance of getting Armourer V sketch given to you by Bushek? Then I read that after a certain point they stop showing up.

So I reloaded an old save just after getting the Armourer V as the reward, I’ve gone to Bushek and there’s no option for work, he just acts like a normal vendor. How do I get him to give me these quests? I’ve tried leaving the Kuttenburg region for a few in-game days and returning at noon but to no avail.

It’s driving me crazy and I’m worried if I start a new play through I’ll end up either missing a sketch or not being given these quests from Bushek. If anyone please has any suggestions to get past this it’d be greatly appreciated
