Ebay opened an older comic order, separated the comics, and mailed it in soft packaging in two different envelopes. This is through their international hub in Illinois.

A client ordered a 20 year old series of comics. I packaged them in hard cardboard package made for comics so they don't get bent. The order took a month to get to the recipient. He complained that part of the order wasn't delivered, which is odd since both orders were in the same cardboard package. He sent another message saying it arrived separately an in a soft envelope. Is this normal? If so, I'm not sure I want to sell to international clients again. This is not good on Ebay.
