Why are the first three colours in that one level of Musical Memory always Blue J ♥?

Every time.

I've seen a dozen playthroughs and played it myself, and when Musical Memory introduces symbols, it always starts with Blue, J, then ♥.

Do the scientists just really like Blue Jays?
