Improvement Advice Because I suck But This Game is So Fun

Hi all, I recently started playing (like last week). I really like playing Ashe but I absolutely SUCK at her. I'm talking 40% accuracy 19% crit accuracy. No game sense at ALL hit my tnt MAYBE 50% of the time. I've been bullied in chat (in QUICK PLAY at that) multiple times. I have decent Win rate and target squishy characters, so why do people hate me so much??? I know I'm not good but that's why I play quick play so I'm not dragging down ranks.

Does anyone have tips?? are there good customs i can practice on before I go back into the real world??? I've done VS AI but those games are always a steamroll since the AI just all sprint into the point in one clump.

I genuinely just want to get good!!!!!!
