Ultra bernedoodle/F1 is there a difference in temperament?

I’ve been looking around for the last few months and every time I reach a new breeder some of them that say their F1, F1 B, ultra, etc. I’m looking for a bernedoodle with more of the bernese temperament. Has anyone here had different types and can confirm to temperament of being different or is it a marketing tactic?
