i itched my tattoo

i got my back done friday and im itching so bad. i did a bad thing and itched, and ended up taking some/a lot of scabs off in the process 😫. am i screwed!? my mom says it looks fine, but i feel so anxious and stupid. (ive been applying moisturizer and etc…)
