Is Airflow still the default, or are people moving on?

Airflow has been the standard for years, but I’m seeing more teams adopt:

• Dagster
• Prefect
• Managed orchestrators
• Or even event-driven pipelines

If you were starting from scratch today, would you still choose Airflow? Why or why not?
